ENLASA is a Guatemalan company founded by Jose Antonio Pacheco Tzul in January 2000. The founder of the company is originally from the rural area of Totonicapan (highlands of Guatemala). He completed his primary education in a rural school in that department. The secondary school was held at the Adolfo V. Hall del Sur Institute in Retalhuleu, where he obtained a training in agriculture that allowed him to obtain a scholarship to study at EARTH University in Costa Rica. This experience broadened this personal and professional horizon.
The operation started as a microenterprise in a marginal neighborhood of Guatemala City. Thanks to the passion to bring solutions focused on the increase of agricultural productivity, the company and the products have had a great acceptance since its inception, which has allowed to achieve solid and sustained annual growth.
ENLASA has a diversified portfolio that allows it to cover different crops in its different phases. The formulas are self- developed and have intellectual property processes protected. A characteristic of manufactured products is that the vast majority are 100% organic, which allows them to cover the current requirements of a more environmentally friendly agriculture, occupational health and consumer.
Today ENLASA is a company with commercial presence in 15 countries. Three continents and with plans to be a company with greater international presence. The founder of the company is an agronomist with Masters in Agribusiness and Electronic Marketing and together with his life story, rural origin and vocation for customer service he has been able to consolidate the foundations of a company with strong marketing strengths.
